Kobayashi is addicted to a drug called 'Flywire' that is manufactured only in Japan.  The Flywire boosts her speed greatly, allowing her to move fast enough to leave afterimages.  Her afterimages resemble copies of her, the copies taking hits for her.  In cases, some enemies can immediately tell which is the real Kobayashi.  These afterimages fade after two seconds.  

Notes:  Kobayashi prefers to eat with Chopsticks.  She'll eat almost everything with Chopsticks that can be eaten with chopsticks.  (Ex:  Rice, Lasagna, Tofu, Mac & Cheese, ect.)  However, foods that are impossible to eat with chopsticks (Ex:  Cereal, Ice Cream, mashed potatoes, ect.), she will eat with a Fork or Spoon.  She also gets annoyed when someone asks her why she doesn't like western utensils.  Ryougi also has a slight habit of making copious amounts of food and eating them all by herself.  This is usually before one of her Flywire rebounds.
